His full name is Hiram L. Ball.[1] He may be related to James Ball, a resident of the same general time.
He was a resident of Kingman from August 7th, 1875[1] [find earlier dates] to [find date here].[2] He ran a drug store.[3]
On the week ending August 7th, 1875, he was appointed postmaster of Kingman.[1]
